Good ol' NTL.

On radio 1 yesterday they finally did what we'd all love to do. They phoned NTL pretending to want cable, then almost straightaway put the help desk on hold. Repeatedly. And then kept asking the same stupid questions before putting them on hold again. I'm not sure how long it went on for, but the NTL guy couldn't believe what was happening.
Not often R1 makes me feel happy!

Excellent! Good to see them getting a taste of their own medicine. I lost count of the number of times I was put on hold for 45 minutes when I was a customer. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I used to have NTL - they set rock bottom standards for customer service, and then began to dig - with a tunnel boring machine, straight down!

Is this on "second chance"? If so, which programme on R1 was it?? I *have GOT* to hear this!!!!
