Just a quick question - I lost this CD a while ago (dunno how!) and decided to replace it...not easy! Had to eventually buy it as an import from my local virgin (Camden Town) after looking in loads of places...anyone know why it's so hard to get this in the UK or have I been unlucky?

It seems to me like you were just unlucky. Indeed, if I recall correctly, I saw it on sale this weekend in the HMV near Bond Street tube.
An interesting thing on Dummy, is that when I first bought a copy back in Canada in 95, it contained the music from To Kill a Dead Man as a hidden track. Foolishly I gave that copy away when I moved to the UK. I have since purchased a copy on the UK, and another copy in Canada, neither of which contain said hidden track.
Does anybody else have the hidden track or was that copy a true anomaly?
