I use Neuance with both CDX2 and XPS2.
I have been using those shelves for years with other digital gear or tube preamps, but they had a substantial positive effect under CDX2.
I've used these shelves for other digital gear and never heard this much difference. CDX2 must be extremly vibration prone. Not enough isolation perhaps.
They solved half of my bare CDX2's niggle:
a softish midbass and lack of definition in the area
I found them quite effective and will not ruin what Naim offers.
