New house, listening room and speakers

Hi,

I am having a new house built and will be using one room dedicated to listening to music.
It will be 10' 6" by 15" 8" with 9' high ceilings.
The floor will be concrete.
Along one of the long walls will be a pair of french doors.
On one of the short walls will be a window.
The wall with the window will be concrete block construction.
All other wall's will be drywall or sheetrock or whatever it is called.
Current system is all 5 series stuff + a P3.

My current speakers are Kef Q1's but will be being replaced soon after moving in. Which of course leads to the "what speakers shall I buy" question - and naturally I still don't know the answer to that.

Questions to be answered:
1) Where do I put the speakers?
Long wall, short wall or either side of the window?
2) Where do I put the dedicated mains spur?
3) Where do I put the equipment?

This is begining to sound like one of those...if a train leaves Birmingham at 8AM travelling at 50MPH and another train leaves London at 9:15AM......blah blah blah

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Richard
