A mildly annoying interference problem

I hope you can help - I have just upgraded to Sky+ from a standard digibox. I am finding that the Sky+ remote is interfeing with my 102 - changing inputs, volume and balance. Most irritating.

Does anyone have any ideas why this is so (bearing in mind that it was never a problem with the old digibox) and what I should do to prevent this?

Michael,

get in touch with your dealer. The Sky+ remote codes interfere with the RC5/6 codes used in the NAC102/82/52 preamps. Your dealer can supply and fit an updated control chip with modified codes which avoids this issue.
