No edit profile link ?

Can anyone help.

In the personal zone and in profile I have no edit profile link. I cant find one anywhere else either. I can't change my profile ? Is this normal or some sort of error ?

I can't view other peoples profiles, it can be a bit annoying as it is often referred to in threads. Is there a fix?
