What phono boards for a Nait 3?

Hi there.
I have a Nait 3 with NA522/2 phono boards.
Connected is a Rega P3 with a Sumiko Premiere MC.
I have the idea that the NA522/2 boards are not the right ones because I need to set the volume to a quite funny position for the same volume output as e.g. the CD.
Do I need other boards? Which ones would match?
What about leaving the boards where they are and get a new system on the Rega P3 as the Sumiko is qute an oldie now?
Or should I just stop worrying because everything is fine?
Thanks for answers.
Casper
By the way:
I search for passive original Naim crossovers for a pair of IBL Mk II. Any ideas?
In Switzerland I miss Naim infrastructure...
