TODD RUNDGREN K2HD NEW RELEASES

Does anyone know what the difference is between K2 20-Bit Coding and K2HD? The reason I ask, is that, there is three Todd Rundgren CD's that have come out in Japan. These are processed in K2HD.
Now I have the original versions that are processed in K2 20-bit, but want to know if the K2HD would sound significantly better?
Information about this would be really appreciated. Thanks.
