Russ Andrews - He's not so bad you know.

I got this yesterday :-
"We all know Autumn is fast approaching, but it also marks the start of our "CLASSIC SYSTEM SOUNDS" days at Russ Andrews Accessories. Held at our shop in the Lake District, every month we will be featuring and demonstrating a classic Hi-Fi system from Russ' museum collection.
The first of these is our QUAD day on SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 1st, 2001. We will start with a Heal cabinet (as shown on the cover of the second issue of Hi-Fi news in 1956), containing a Quad 22 Control, Quad II mono power amp and Garrard 301 deck fitted with a Ferranti arm; this is a classic system from the beginning of Hi-Fi. There will also be other Quad systems including Quad 33 and 303, 44 and 405 playing through Spendor BC1,Tannoy York horn, Wharfdale Airedale loudspeakers and Quad Electrostatics - 57s and 63s.
Come and join us for coffee and biscuits and have a listen to these classic systems. Admission is free and there is no need to book - our opening hours are 10am - 4pm."
Y'know - I would really like to go to this, especially given the recent Retro is the Only Way threads here recently. Unfortunately, I can't make it.
Anyone else?
