Anyone involved in lifting??
I have competed in Canada in CPU /IPF winning the Nationals in 2004. I also have other interests ie mountain biking, graphic art and literature.

I have a BB friend who has great shoulders, decent waist and great legs in shorts, works out regularly with a trainer, yet his company health advisor called him fat at 220#. He rides the gym bikes if he can't do the whole workout. He said next year when he fills out the form he's going to add an inch to his height and get into the fit column.

Like I said in an early post bmi is a flawed and outdated system of measurement.but I am sure your mate gave them some shit

because I certainly did

He said thankfully this was an outsourced clinic that did it so it's not in company files. And since he's seen the clinician once he just has to fill in the chart on his own, that makes it easy to be trim.

I love power lifting. I come from a wrestling backgound and found the power workouts to be quite helpful with competing.
I'm an enduro rider now and power lifting has been essential to my riding and maintaining core strength.
Being able to walk away from a 60mph crash has its benefits.
I'm 40 and only weigh 170# and can still squat and dead well over twice my body weight.
I've been getting back into cleans lately, what a blast!!
