Thai cook books?

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a Thai and Vietnamese cook book? I've been trawling through Amazon and I don't have a clue.

Any advice?

I received 'Thai Food' by David Thompson (the one with the bright pink cover) as a gift a few years back. It's very comprehensive and a fascinating read but a bit too in depth for me. Includes ingredients that you would struggle to find in the UK.
Others I have by Ken Hom and Vatch are a bit more manageable.
