Anybody tried mixing and matching power supplies with arms? i.e. does the Ekos work as wel with the Armageddon power supply, or is there a synergy with the Lingo that should be respected?

I'm sure you will hear otherwise but generally the arm/PSU seem to work best from the same manufacturer as they seem to have the same traits. Which you prefer is entirely a taste thing. Have fun experimenting.

I have Ekos, and much prefer Armageddon over Lingo.
