If I buy a Nait 5i - Which phonostage will work?

A question regarding the new Nait5i vs the outgoing Nait 5.
The new 5i precludes one from using the Stageline as a phonostage. One would have to buy a seperate power supply for the Stageline and as such the cost becomes prohibitive.
Is one better off purchasing a Nait 5 (if they can still be found at the dealers) so as to be able to use the Stageline - or should a new Nait 5i be purchased and a non Naim phonostage used (and which one). It seems that Naim are giving up for now on selling phonostages to Nait 5i owners.

PS the turntable in question is a Rega P3

For the time being you're really going to have to look beyond Naim for a phonostage to go with the Nait5i, unless you're prepared to stump up the extra cost of a Flatcap to power the Stageline. I know that Salisbury are aware of this issue and are trying to find a solution, but there's nothing on the horizon at the moment. Perhaps you'd be better off to go with the Nait5 (if you can find one - secondhand maybe?)

I know that the 5i is quite new however for now what is the initial consensus? How does it perform compared to the outgoing 5? If one needs a phonostage what will give better performance: a Nait 5 w/ Stageline or a 5i w/ a non Naim phonostage?
