AV2 factory reset

My hard working AV2 has had a senior moment and I cannot locate my user manual so I'd appreciate it if someone could tell me how to reset the unit to the factory settings.

I've also lost the Multi output function.

To restore the factory defaults, go into the setup page (Input setup mode, press & hold the Input button on the front panel, speaker setup mode, press & hold the mute button) then in each mode press & hold the handset display button. (display flashes once to confirm)
