adaptors? what should i plug me hifi into?

Me hifi has got seven plugs plus me clock and lamp makes a total of eight plugs add a nitty gritty and things start to get a bit spaghetti junctionesque. With only one socket I've got two four pin adaptors and a three pin, it's starting to look like an adaptor orgy. Surely this can't be improving the sound quality? I need a multi pin adaptor but which one should I buy?

First off, it's not a good idea to plug home appliances and other not-strictly audio equipments into the same power bar where your audio gears are.
If you're short on the wall spurs count and own the house, get an electrician to install you 2 extra spurs for your audio components, amd ask him to install the best quality cabling and sockets available.
Secondo, get 1 or 2 Graham's Hydra or Wiremold power bars, depending if you're using 220V or 120V... Talk to your local Naim dealer about them.
Bye.

Grahams also make a extension block (if your kit does not have iec sockets round the back but captive leads) available in 2,4,6 and 8 gang blocks.

Wow - a Maplin's Hydra for under £6.

You could always give it a boost by sticking a crabtree or MK plug on it.

If your mains is crap, pay for it to be improved effectively.
If it is adequate, buy cheapest non-neon 4-6-8 way proper mains 3 pin plug-top extension/clean all relevant bits safely/work out best way to plug all of your items into adequate cheap 4-6-8-way adaptor-extensions.
IMO most normal good stuff probably is better if amp components are 'logically' nearest to mains-lead, then carefully have next e.g. LP12/Naim CDP.
IMO avoid if poss most Linn or Naim being powered in-circuit simultaneously (unless LP12 into Naim amps).
Keep all clean/dusted/safe, enjoy your noise/savings/pretty electronics.
