The Man-Machine is my favourite because it is not only fatalistic, like the previous three albums, but has a transcendent, "spiritual" quality that I never tire of.

TEE and TMM are both wunderbar, but it's Die Mensch Maschine for me because of The Model.
Ever heard Senor Coconut Y Su Conjunto do Kraftwerk in a Latin stylee? It's awesome.
I'm tempted to get all the Kraftwerk albums again in their original Deutsche versions.

The 'Werk's other romantic album, R-A, is also their most under-rated.
Well said. At times it's definitely my favourite Kraftwerk album (generally when I'm listening to it, oddly enough). But, overall, Trans Europe Express probably just edges it for me, despite the fact that my favourite track ("Neon Lights", which is so beautiful it hurts) is on The Man Machine. Damn, this is difficult.

Thank you guys!
Just made me realise how long it was since I gave them a spin.
The Man Machine“s my first choice.

I have to go for TEE if it's a single choice, but TMM is sooo close. Tough call.
I'm off to play both of 'em. Thanks for reminding me.

Poor Radio-Activity - why does no one like this as much? I rate it above the others because of its simplicity, and a completely new set of ideas [which have served the atrociously lazy buggers very well ever since]. No hits, a few simple tunes and very little else. I wonder what Capitol made of it when it was submitted? Totally alienating and simultaneously quite commercial. And very short. CD singles are often longer....
