Another superb album from Tori. Wonderful.

Get the limited edition US version from play.com if you can - contains an additional DVD and is lovingly packaged. Worth the fiver extra.

Just caught up with it.

I'd given up on the last few albums, as her co-efficient of weirdness seemed to have gone off the scale. BUT.......... this is a gem.

Beautiful songs, with Tori using her voice as an emotive instrument. Closest I'm gonna get to her moaning in my ear, I guess.

Wonderful.

Interesting use of the word anus in a totally uncalled for fashion. In fact I think that may be the first time I've seen that word on the forum

Go figure

An excellent CD that repays you a little more each time you listen. Interesting too, that given the very American theme, she decided to do the recording and mixing at Martian Engineering, a converted 19th Century farmhouse in N.Cornwall. Looks like a super location though -

All--

So Tori's new album is a welcome break from the last couple? I agree with JN that she took a real turn to the weird for a while, although I like her first two albums. Her

Does the new album represent something of a return to the first couple albums or is it off in a new positive direction ? We started calling her Tori Aimless for a while, starting with Boys For Pele.

Best,

Bob
