Flatcap 2 question

How do you use a flatcap 2 with a nait5 and a stageline?
How does the signal get from the stageline to the nait 5 phono input. Is there an extra cable from the flatcap 2 to the nait 5 to carry the signal (for a grand total of three connections between the nait5 and the flatcap 2)?
