Is there a DVD or SACD on the way?

Dear Forum,

I recently acquired a 92R/90/flatcap and am about to by a CD5. However, although cheap by Naim standards, I'm wondering about spending 2K on a format that is clearly going to change. Are there plans in the works for a Naim DVD player?

Also, are there significant differences between a CD5 and a CD3.5 that I would appreciate with my equipment?

As far as I know there is nothing official yet (Bristol?), but if Naim aren't close to a DVDP I'll show my bottom in the bullring.

You needn't worry though because if it costs anything close to even several multiples of £2k everyone on the forum will be showing their bottoms in the bullring...
