active crossover

What´s an active crossover?I was looking Web Naim Page and I found some pictures about a crossover but they didn´t tell what it is!It improves the sound?wich are the main products(Source ,amplifier,speakers)That I´ve got to buy?

Hi Nuno,

The navigation on the Naim site can be a bit tricky. When you hit "Products" -> "Active Crossovers", you will see a picture of one and the menu item "Active Crossovers" at the left. If you then click that menu item again, a list drops down with more menu items, e.g. "Introduction" and "Models".
