The Jazz label ACT have just released what I imagine to be one of the last EST albums on double vinyl..
EST on ACT which as those who have CD's from ACT knows the quality of their recordings are fantastic to say the least. Could this be the start of them producing vinyl versions of past and future releases I hope so they should be sublime.

Dean - I saw Siegfried Loch present the first two vinyl copies of the E.S.T album to the two remaining band members at the recent memorial. It is an exciting development and it will be interesting to see how they do.
Have you found anywhere selling it yet? I have not seen it on my musical travels and will buy a copy when I do.
In January ECM will release their first slab of new vinyl in fifteen years with the new Keith Jarrett album.
I hope both these releases do well.

No Lontano I haven't seen it anywhere yet but I will keep my eyes peeled. I will pop into Rays Jazz on Charing X rd to see if they have it next week and Rough Trade east and anywhere else I can think of so I'll let you know. Also its great the new Keith Jarrett is being released on Vinyl I was dissppointed that his last solo album was not on vinyl and was living in hope so maybe if this one sells well you'll get the back catalogue being released. So ECM & ACT releasing Vinyl sounds great to me.
