Multi Disk Works : Do I need Playlists ?
Posted by: JamH on 12 October 2010
Hello,
I am wonderring how to deal with ripping CD box sets which contain works that span multiple CD's. [Example : I have a set of Mahler symphonies and some CD's have parts of more then one symphony and some symphonies use more than one CD].
I am using a Squeezbox.
I have the CD's ripped to CD1, CD2, CD3 etc ...
I could make new folders called SYM1, SYM2, etc and move the appropriate tracks for each symphony into the appropriate folder/directory.
Is that the best way to do things or should I create playlists ? I have never actually used a playlist.
Thanks
James H
