What do you want to be when you grow up?

If it wasn't for the fact that you are just so damned happy in your current job/role/profession what else would you fancy?

Debt free and somewhere sunny (but not too hot!) would be nice.

A recording engineer, wine taster or rally driver would be pretty cool, though I'd probably be more use as a crash test dummy.
