BBC4 have a programme on JJ Cale slated to show on Fri 26th Jan at 21:00. No more details as of yet.

That documentary on Beeb 4 was bloody superb. I really enjoyed it.

What a great character JJ is.

Just watched the BBC4 docu/film. If only there were more "stars" with his attitude. He comes over as one of lifes good guys. His music pretty fine too.

Fair play to the Beeb for screening the film. If it sells a few more albums for JJ then that seems very fair to me: he deserves a comfortable retirement and is obviously not a greedy guy at all.
