I´ve bought his last album,Back East and is just great.I wonder if I should buy Wish that has great reviews, however is a 1993 album.Should I buy something more recent?

Wish is good, but my favorite Josh Redman album is:
Timeless Tales (For Changing Times)
Vividly reimagined covers of Joni Mitchell, Bob Dylan, Beatles, and Prince, as well as some well-chosen standards, accompanied by the stellar rhythm section of Brad Mehldau, Larry Grenadier, and Brian Blade. What's not to love?
All best,
Fred

I really like Momentum, the release prior to Back East. Timeless Tales definitely sounds worthy of investigation, so thanks to Fred for that.

More votes for Momentum and Back East (have seen the trio live, few weeks ago, and enjoyed it...), but also "Blues For Pat", "Mood Swing" and "Spirit Of The Moment" and (especially) the stuff with the SF Collective are worth buying

I´m listening right now Momentum.Great album and record!Wish is more classic jazz, but I like the track where Pat Metheny perfoms.Later, this might be a good acquisition!
