Driving Slowly On The M4 In Wiltshire:

Yes I do hope they don't drive too slowly or nobody will get to work on time, innit
P.S. In reality this is the 'True Truths 4' thread; it's just that it's got a completely different name, and the old one is history Bye Bye 'True Truths 3':

Maybe they should install driving too slowly camera's on the M4 in Wiltshire, innit ?
So that terrorist who jumped the ticket barrier in his thick jacket at Stockwell tube Station was actually a copper! running for his train no doubt ? pity the Don't run too fast camera's wont be providing any evidence from them, innit, unlike all the super, bus & other tunnel pictures that miraculously appeared on every TV screen overnight, enabling the police to swiftly apprehend their SUSPECTS in front of all the worlds media, or am I over reacting again ? innit

I suppose having a highly efficient and value for money 'Nationwide' public transport system has made it easier for reglular car users here to drive less over the last few months (12% on average) as is the ever growing trend to do so as a result of ever higher fuel prices at the pump of late, innit
Whils't downing a few swift halves with a copper geezer I know last night, he was telling me about a recent job he'd been doing in close protection of a canvassing politician on the road, he said the bloke's quite obnoxious in his radical views and comments etc, but this being probably the worlds most Democratic Country (next to say Israel) and me being a 'Neutral' Public servant, I just had to put up with it, get beers in lad: innit
P.S. I have never seen Löwenbräu on sale in Berlin, maybe in reality it's English made chemical bollocks disguised as the old Bavarian stuff ? like a lot of British keg rubbish liquids are. Mind you I've never seen Black Tower or Blue Nun wine here either except at the exclusively UK bound airport shop, it's laughable really how people buy the shit (Brits that is) who could get far better at the same price from any local supermarket here, maybe cos it's trendy , or like folk who go to a restaurant (irrespective of quisines nationality) and order steak & chips, and I'm the customer & I know what want I want old balony, innit
Goodnight

Some old girl from East London (UK) recently was quoted as saying "Of course if those Kray boys were still in charge, we wouldn't have all this terrorist mallarky what's ruinin the country and stuff, and the coppers wouldn't be so bleedin cheeky with everybody either"

I expect driving an unroadworthy and dangerous vehicle on a public highway constitutes a pretty serious breach of the law, and dodgey flyboy mechanics can be far more expensive than the real thing in the long run too I suppose, innit
When everybody was up in arms about the departing Gaza Israelis destroying everything as they left recently, I think one important little point has been conveniently forgotten. Circa 25 Synagogues are still standing on this land, and amazingly the Israelis have asked the Palestinians to respect them? I personally see this as a lasting attempt at psychological torture on the Palestians, and shows the 'REAL' vindictiveness of the ex-settlers mindsets. They could take them with them, London Bridge style, they could have dismantled them themselves respectfully (like they're so very good at) (leaving maybe a couple of symbolic good examples) at the agreement of the Palestinians, who'll no doubt still be doing 'business' with them in future? of course when the Palestinians do actually demolish them to build silly old things like houses for people to live in, there'll be another 'reason' to start moaning again, as if we didn't know already. The religious holy ground argument doesn't swing in my book, as I just think (for instance) of the hundreds if not more wonderful (mainstream) British churches etc, that are de-listed and allowed to rot and decay, in the name of progress from various local so-called Councils, who are in reality making a quick buck on prime land, and the Public interest (and wealth) has vanished within days, nothing new there then, innit
Even the old GDR left some gaffs in good order, and did you know that the lovely-jubbly Pyramid in Paris has exactly 666 pieces of glass in it, innit, Not a lotta people know that !!!

Strange that 'For once' nobody deems it worthy to mention the extreme violence in Belfast of late, innit? 50+ policemen badly injured last night alone, and £10,000's+ worth of criminal damage to property and probably much much more ? Could it be I wonder because it's 100% so called Loyalists screwing themselves up on this occassion, with not a Catholic in sight ? The Republican's must think they're dreaming, a gift from God almost, I'm mean who can blame them, they must be secretly loving it !

I'm sure many of you already know this being the switched on and infoamed crowd that you all seemingly are, but I'll remind you all anyway, innit. Exactly two days after Bill Clinton pubically admitted to the Monica Lewinsky oral orifice affair, the US unilaterally struck Afghanistan & Sudan with cruise missiles for supposedly harbouring & training international terrorists! What many folk may not know ? (me included) was that all the top Washington based international press reps were called to the Whitehouse at two in the moaning for an official press release/statement (no questions allowed). Whils't these guys and gels were waiting for some time before things got under way, they entertained themselves watching a then newly released video (namely 'Wag The Dog') about a US President, distracting the public etc from a sexual indescretion on his part by cruise missiling foreign parts, so you can imagine the shock and disbelief on their faces when the Whitehouse spokesman finally gave the real press release, or maybe nobody finds it interesting any more ? Talking of Moore, I wonder what he made of it all ?

Many Berliners regularly drive across the border into Poland to fill their motors up with much cheaper petrol, a bit like the English booze cruises to France I suppose, but without the oggin in between !

Great to hear all those Patriotic Ovalteenies still singing the Palestinians Wanderers Song at the tops of their drunken voices, and all in the name of fair play, sledgeing, and praying for rain too: quite pathetic really if you actually think about it, innit

What are the advantages of iPOD? Can I transfer MP3 files from my computer to iPOD? has it any musical quality at all at all, and how many bites should I actually take?

Excellent to see Sri-Lanka doing so well in their first test, I bet their fans don't screech out silly songs about Jerusalem at every opportunity ! and even if they did I'm sure they'd know all the words backwards, unlike some others I could mention, but wont though, as that just wouldn't be cricket now would it? innit

Just for the record, I will personally be highly delighted for true English cricket fans like Our Bruce etc, if they win the Ashes, I just have a slight problem with the chavesque nationalistic element that's being 'hopefully temporarily' drawn into the media arena by it all. The short lived glory of the World Cup rugby winners did I feel inspire a welcome new pulse in youngsters getting interested in the game (League too). Watchin Wayne Shorne shake hands with his South African mate(Now English hero just now) was a moment of true Sportsmanship, and really what the whole thing should be about, innit
N.B. Maybe next year the moronic individuals, and their likes throwing molotovs at the police etc, last night in Belfast, won't be able to afford to do so as petrol will be so bloody expensive, innit ?
N.B.B. Though with the Oval cricket soon to be finally over cos nobody can see anything anymore , it'll be another two hours at least before the Hammers kick off at Upton Park against Aston Martin, though football is a much simpler plebian game to watch torrential downpour, snow, or hail to-boot, innit

Of Course in the Real World of FAIRPLAY another day of the Ashes series would be played tommorow, but let's face it Chaps:
That Simply Would Be Cricket
lucky it wasn't 2 games all innit ?

I bet the dirty digger's well pissed off, probably cost him a bloody fortune mate ? Nice to see Queen Elisabeth 1st of Scotland Congratulating everybody at t'thoval like too
Arise Sir Rupert sounds bleedin daft anyway, dunnit? though he reckons if England keep that up they might even be World Cricket Champeens one day too, innit
N.B. I was surprised at the actual size of the trophy, I did actually think it was much smaller than that, maybe it's grown over the years, like Britain's booming economy ?

Mind you with the (well publicised) way in which British (including Glasgow of late) 'Councils' have been selling off school playing fields by the ton to be forever lost to money grabbing greedy bastards, as well as the soon to be demise of Hackney Marshes & Wanstead Flats weekend sporting areas of East London (over 100 years old tradition) (basically for the hard up) to Olympic Madness (unwanted by Londoners). I expect the only serious game younsters with limited means (ie: 85%+ of the population) will be able to play & learn will be outdoor winter table tennis, innit ?
I wonder if you'll be able to get from Stratford (E15) to Liverpool Street etc, by then (2012)? without fuck-ups, excuses, bullshit², though still naturally the old, that'll be £25.50 please Sir; thank You very much ? Do the British Government really think that visiting overseas guests (especially Europeans) will put up with such nonsense ? Another big daft example of such 'foresight' will soon be seen at Arsenal's new bigger capacity 'Emirates' ground, which as lovely jubbly and pretty as it all is, has forgotten that all the new/old punters will still be arriving & leaving (theoretically ?) on the same old antiquated Mickey Mouse Victorian public transport system. putting it under yet more strain, and ultimately (in my view) jeapodising safety allround, but as per usual, what the hell do I know? that's what consultants are for, innit !!!
