Nuno

I'd recommend Jenna (Witts)

Less commercial, but surely the most talented singer/songwriter I've heard from Woolacombe, Devon.

Please click here for her MySpace area to hear her

ROTF - thanks for the info on Jenna Witts. I couldn't find the album for sale on the internet (must try harder?) but I read on her myspace that she was performing live at the Red Barn in Woolacombe - thats just down the road from me so I went along, had a great night and bought the album from Jenna in person!! The cd sounds even better than the live performance (but without the beer and atmosphere!) and I can't recommend it too highly. Jenna's mum and dad and grandparents were there too (and her kid brother I think that the title track was written about!) and she was playing with a drummer and bass guitarist. Anyway thanks again for the heads-up!!

I've had Duffy's CD for a while. I sat down last night to give it a good listen and found the first track almost unlistenable. There seems to be distortion at the high-end. Is this me or is it over production?

Most other tracks were OK.

Graham.
