have loved this album for nearly 40 years, though it was missing from my collection for about half of that - situation corrected

I knew their was a reason downloads were cheaper ... I will check the itunes folder and see if it is the download or the transfer to cd-r. Thanks for the effort checking, Adrian. And thanks again for the recommend.

Just in case I was not clear, there is a sudden abrupt end to the track closure so your download is fine.

just finished listining to the shostakovitch symphony no. 5 with the national philharmonic orchestra. the music is a great deal cruder than the prokofiev symphony no. 5

mono vinyl original US pressing. So much better than reissues or stereo. And not a scratch - dead quiet!!! 25 bucks at my favorite shop.
