Going to work my way through choices from the Observer and Sunday Times Best of 2008 lists today. To be honest, not many of their choices make it into my personal top 10 this year but maybe I'll change my mind.
First up - Laura Marling - Observer No 18.

Best of my recent purchases, an interesting blend of jazz with Indian themes. Better than the similarly themed Rahman disc (Where Rivers Meet), although Idris Rahman plays on this as well.
