MilesSmiles might post old man music - Bing Crosby, Beach Boys etc but he's only 23.

Not sure why it took me so long to get this, as I have got most of his other stuff, but it really is rather beautiful.

Adrian,
Try this - a bit 'weird' in places but cracks along like an express train

All on vinyl
Leftfield - Leftism, side 1 (my back is not currently up to all the to and froing with the plugs at the back of the Superline, but I think my Benz Glider is closer to K than S), about 6 plays

Thelonious Monk - Monk's Music, that's more like it

Martin Stephenson and the Daintees - Boat to Bolivia (even if the plugs aren't optimal this is way better than the Stageline S, 576R and 1nF)

Milt Jackson - Memories of Thelonious Sphere Monk, Ray Brown never sounded better

Coming up - Milcho Leviev's Blues for the Fisherman and then Misty in Roots live at the Countervision

Will probably then switch back to CD until my back loosens up again

...on SHM-CD. Lyrics are pretentious twaddle of course but a great recording and excellent music.
