Whilst still in a smooth vain, this is much better. Acoustic Alchemy and their tribute to football, the Beautiful Game.
This morning I spent four hours standing in the freezing cold watching my son and his local team train at the Chelsea Football Club training ground in Cobham. They have over 50 pitches there
. The first team prima donna millionaires were training just a pitch away. With all that cold, it did not feel like a Beautiful Game.....

They are very similar. I prefer the Veracini album though.
The clouds or the music?
Good one.

Indeed it is! My sister bought it me months ago as an early xmas present.

But here's the sting in the tail...the 4 heavyweight vinyl are 45 rpm and my Sondek only plays 33rpm so I was listening to it on my trusty old battle weary Techincs cd player.
Still a superb boxset though...

Arve Henriksen - 'Cartography'.
If you like David Sylvian's 'Alchemy - An Index of Possibilities' give this a go.

As Cartography is my favourite album of 2008, I'll close my day with Sylvian.

Hi Stefan, not sure if that is a photograph or an album cover, if the latter, what recording ?
if the former, a very dramatic pic.
Best regards and happy holidays.
