Really? I like a lot of his stuff. I have "Day is Done", "Anything Goes", "Elegiac Cycle", "Live" and "Quartet" (with Pat Metheny). I saw him (the BM trio) live at the St Georges in Bristol a few years back - Day is Done was just released. I liked the concert a lot.

Oh well, each to his own. I also like the way he usually does a Radiohead cover.

Nah I just felt like having a Blues evening. Managed to get my system set up again just over a week ago and haven't been able to tweak it since my op that was until yesterday.

Now I have it singing like a bird. Sounds better than before.

Haim - he has done a couple of piano solo albums that could be right up your street. I agree with you on Songs, I think it is one of his strongest.
