Portishead - Third. Still at work on the ship as my relief is stuck in the snow on the M25. Won't be getting home today then.

That's bad news - hope they get there soon. I went to the station at 7 this morning but the train was only going to get me half way to London so that was no use. Anyway, done quite a good day of work and phone calls from home with lots of nice music.

My lad was told at Ifield (08:15) that he couldn't even get to Gatwick, "no trains running".

Thanks Stuart - I guess I'll just have to hang in there and see how it is in the morning. If there is no overnight snow that will be a bonus.

Funny thing is, this morning the train arrived on time for a change . I just did not fancy a day out in Three Bridges.
