sky +

Does any one else have sky + that is giving problems?
while i install sky (and other)satellite systems for a living,sky + is not used by that many people,so common problems are not known to me.The problem i have is that i can never(hardly ever)get programe information on the banner across the bottom of the screen when going from one channel to another,only a small problem but a problem all the same.

if only that worked for me,i've even downloaded new software but to no avail,i'll try to get another receiver to try,cheer's.

there is also the problem of my sky + remote switching my "82 to other sorces and adjusting the balance,but that's another story.

Richard Dane previously advised me that the Sky+ remote codes interfere with the control chips in the pre - a simple dealer supply/fit update to cure the problem.
