Thanks - I usually miss these, but not this time so thanks fot the post, I won't get fooled again

Interestingly we've got a new boss at work, IMHO he's the same as the old boss, but at least he's from my generation, still he's no substitute so I'm inclined to ask who are you?, I really wanna know. So far he just stands like a statue.
