The last ever stand thread

You must try this!
I left Jez jnr to assemble the qs bog seats as I had an urgent call. When I returned I found the system sounding absolutely fantastic, better than anything I have ever heard! Unknowingly he had fitted the shelves upside down which has has had a mind blowing effect on the sound. Check out the photo. I can't beleive how good this is, and its only the first of the month!

Interesting thread guys. I couldn't be arsed to turn all the gear upside down so I listened standing on my head. It sounded different, but not necessarily better.

After a while I just got dizzy so I gave up. Maybe I'll try an extended trial at the week end.

Bob, you should have used the new Mana 'Topsy' (level 4) head brace. It allows extended sessions of upside down listening without dizzyness, and offers unparalled views up passing ladies skirts.

Once, by accident, while I was exercising my body by standing on my head, my little son, by accident, operated the system.

It was the best sound I’d ever heard – but the problem is that I can’t stand on my head but for a few seconds only.

And one thing for sure – this is not going to be the last post about stands…

No need to stand on your head, just put some velcro on the ceiling, some on the soles of a good pair of boots (with strong laces) and hang out.

cheers

Thanks for all the tips on upside down listening. I feel rather foolish that I just stood on my head when there are so many prescribed methods. Just off to the DIY store to get some serious velcro.
This forum never ceases to impress & inspire me, thanks again.
