Huge thunderstorm in DC

just unplugged my hifi about 5 minutes before the TV channels started misbehaving!

The gear actually looks quite ominous with no lights on... 10 dark black boxes.....

Thanks Stephen - am in a huge apartment block (in fact it's a DC block!), so not a great deal of risk, but hifi is the most valuable - have another PC!
