"BTW, my dealer also wants to sell me a Audio Analogue Maestro."
Wait Nuno,
you're going too fast! Let's synchronize our clocks and very carefully weigh to pros and cons of the Jupiter and CD5 before we move on to Maestro territory.
Have you actually played every single disc you own on those two players? You might find something weird on the very last disc on your list, and you don't wanna find that when you've shelled out your precious bucks.
Let's not rush things. Look at it this way. It's summertime. Things are hot. Things are slow. Thse machines may sound totally different at more moderate temps. So why don't we ponder this issue till Fall?
I mean, it's your ears. Keep us posted.

I was convinced I would walk out of the shop with a Jupiter earlier this year.
I had a small doubt about it tiring me out over prolonged listening periods - but it did sound spectacular.
It never even occured to me to listen to a CD5, and I was walking out of the shop to go home and have a really good think about the Rega, when I spotted a CD5 on display.
One hour later I was a Naim owner.
In my opinion, the Jupiter sounded like a Jupiter but the Naim sounded like music.
Jupiter's a top notch player, but somehow the Naim seems more, well, you know... real? Then again, I might have cloth ears.
Just my opinion for what it's worth.
