iTouch

My wife wants to get an iTouch, and I was wondering would it just sync what I have loaded on iTunes, or would she set up her own iTunes.

Sorry if its a very basic question, but I'm not much good with these computer things.

Yes - you can decide what each iPod does so if you have one and your wife has one you can make them synchronise to different playlists etc. Very easy to manage your music that way.

I have not found having two iPods and two laptops easy in the slightest. iTunes drives me up the wall on a regular basis.

After the last update my iPhone died as well and needed a full reset and restore. It then worked for 2 days but next time it was plugged in demanded another restore. After that worked fine.

As for using 2 iPods and 2 PC's to sync - the iPods arn't the problem, it's the two PC's as only one can be the master unless your using software to sync iTunes libraries between them.
(having a common iTunes lib for multiple machines still can't be done - simply)
