Any Naim DACs in the U.S. yet?

Naim USA said it will be after the CES.

That'd be Naim Inc–and, yes, the first customer units won't be received until February, with some dealer demo units shipping after the 20th of January. (Just got our CES show demo units today.)

We'll keep all retailers posted as to availability, but it is safe to say that demand has seriously exceeded supply!

Dave, When will the US dealers now if there initial order will be filled? I've got one on order with deposit since Thanksgiving. He said he had 10 on order and I was number 10.

The dac has reached Hong Kong! I would think US would be the first international destination due to market size???? Apparently, I am wrong.

Usually large (read: critically important) markets get a new product last. Manufacturers tend to want to iron out kinks in smaller markets before commiting to larger ones. I can't say for certain this is what Naim is doing, but I wouldn't be surprised if it were. I imagine they want to have a somewhat sizable shipment ready for the US as well. It wouldn't make much sense to only deliver, say two DACs to the US.
