Live Cloud Login Help needed

Hi, Hope someone possible an admistrator can help?

The e-mail account I was using has been closed, and I was trying to update the 'Live Cloud' details on my profile. I appear to be logged in as I can post here! But I can't make the necessary changes in my profile, even though I know I'm using all the right passwords.

Any ideas?

nico, the Live Cloud log in requires the original e-mail address you used when you first signed up. Even if you change your e-mail in your profile (strongly recommended so we can contact you) then the log-in email remains the original one.

Hi Richard thank you for the reply, I think I may have managed to get around this. I have managed to update my email address via the live cloud login page, it sent an email confirmation with the pass word I was using to my new email address. However it seems odd that the greyed out password under the live cloud email has eight greyed out stars and my password, which seems to work is not eight characters!
