Walk of Life by Dire Straits should definitely be on that list - it's dreadful even by their standards.

Rotf

And I haven't even mentioned Lady in Red by old whatisname

Without You - Nilsson

Nurse run me a bath and bring me my razor.

Celebrate - Kool and the Gang

Whiter Shade of Pale? You have got to be kidding. If anything, that's one of the greatest pop songs ever done. I'll give you some stinkers:

Feelings (makes me puke even to think about it)

Ice Castles (perhaps worse than feelings)

True (That band should be boiled in oil for that song)

OK, not the song itself but the singer's interpretation:

Juice Newton's rendition of "Angel of the Morning" (originally by PP Arnold, - who did it brilliantly). It's a stinker of biblical proportions.

Mark Dunn

Soft Cell's 'Tainted Love'

Springsteen 'Born In The Usa'. Horrendous screeching.

"Dancing in the Moonlight" by Repetitious(´R)Us.

The main reason I don't listen to the radio in the car. It would bring on instant road rage! Red Face

Absolutely agree

The only thing I liked of his was "Streets of Philadelphia".
Which was a bit out of character.
Just as this is a bit off-topic.
No bløødy discipline on the forums these days!

Achy Breaky Heart- Billy Ray Cyrus.

Teardrops by Womack & Womack. It just goes on forever and goes nowhere. My pet hate.
But Bohmemian Rhapsody has to be the biggest stinker of all time.
Then there's Elton's Goodbye English Rose....(run off and vomit out of the window).

Power of Love - Jennifer Rush. To hideous to even contemplate

Chris the burgh - Lady in red

You guys have absolutely no taste or you're all just confused.
All these ought to be on the favorites thread!

"Lady in red"... tra-la. Big Grin

Tied for first place:

"I will always love you" by Witney Houston

The one off of Titanic by Celine Dion.

YUCK!!!

Ouch, too much to mention. But what I have not seen here is Paradise by the Dashboardlight (Meatloaf). Or The time of my life from that sucking dancemovie. BIG YUCK! There's just so much crap. Unfortunately most people seem to like this stuff. Fortunately these are people without Naims Smile

I've already nominated Bohemian Crapsody, but my second least favourite is the appalling Hi Ho Silver Lining by Jeff Beck.

Unchained Melody - I hate that more than Bohemian Rhapsody. I would rather eat flies than listen to that awful yodelling.
Thank goodness there are far too many favorites to list and only a very few that fall into this category (just trying to balance the nativity in here - sorry, Christmas on the brain - Negativity I mean).

Ah, but the B side was Beck's Bolero, worth putting up with a happy little sing along number for that monster.

Personally, I think the notion of 'hating' a piece of music or song is downright wierd, you boys need to get out more.
