I was tempted to produce a long descriptive review of this but frankly it can be condensed; if you have any idea this may be up your street then just go and buy it. I think it is the best thing he has done, and has probably waltzed to the top of my album of the year so far list.

Couldn't agree more. His last two albums were v good, but this one really is a cut above . . . !

Off to see him in a couple of weeks, so appetite whetted by these and other reviews I've read. Will pick up the CD on the night, to complete the set.
