First he gets Venables to show him how to coach, Shearer to fire up 'the lads' and now he gets Max to speak to the media for him. So what does he intend to do himself? Cut the half time oranges?
I think he learnt a bit too from Sven, if this is anything to go by.
I'm not impressed so far. He's sending out the wrong messages and the players are going to run all over him if they see him as being weak and not his own man. We're doomed
