Soundcare SuperSpike

I wonder if anyone has tried Soundcare SuperSpike. I’m planning to try them for my Intro speakers and under my rack, but it would be great to know if anyone else has tried them.

For more information go to:

And links to allot of reviews:

They look dodgy to me!

I'd be inclined to try a set of Naim chips on loan first. Which is what I did. And then bought them. They're really very good.

Superspikes work really well in most applications. They were designed primarily to be used on hardwood floors where the user is unwilling to drive normal spikes into the wood. They also work well on carpets, under components (self adhesive model) and make a really good set of feet for custom made component platforms. Go to Ikea, buy one of their various chopping boards in the kitchen department (the real heavy rubberwood ones are the best), and fit the 3 Superspike self adhesive units. A high quality component platform for about 100 bucks!

If you think that Superspikes are pricy, you are really on the wrong forum!

I would buy some 8mm round head nuts, the rounded head then sits in the floor and it costs you 40p

Or just stick some 2p down, cost is 8p.

Job done.
