Favorite largo from winter in four seasons

I think the largo from winter in Vivaldi's "The Four Seasons" is one of the most beautiful melodies in all of classical music. The best I have heard is on Julia Fischer's DVD filmed and recorded in the National Botanic Gardens of Wales with help from the Academy of St. Martin in the Fields. Also, Gidon Kremer is awesome with the LSO and Abbado (Deutsche Grammophon; 431 172-2)

One of the early music movement, Sigiswald Kuijken is a pioneer for re-establishing Baroque violin playing techniques. In 1972 he founded La Petite Bande, one of the first period instrument orchestras that went on to make impressive recordings. I have the above recording of the 4 Seasons and thoroughly recommend it.

I have that recording on vinyl so I haven't played it for a few years but my memory of it is very positive. The same goes for the AAM/Hogwood version.
