Which PCI card for FreeSat ??

Hello,
I have just had a satellite dish installed [for FreeSat] and I have an extra feed that I can use with my computer.
Can anyone recommend an [internal] PCI card that will work with Windows-XP-Professional. Ideally I would also like it to work with Linux.
