A compliment for Music Line's excellent service!

I recently bought a Headline from a private person in Germany. It turned out the Headline had a problem, but the seller refused to take it back and have it repaired. He said "if you don't like it, sell it like I did"! A real asshole! Anyway, a bit disappointed I contacted Music Line, Naim's German distributor, with the question if I could send them the faulty Headline for reparation. When they heard the unit was only one year old they proposed to me to repair it under guarantee, although officially the Headline was no longer under guarantee.

That's what I call excellent service. My compliments! No wonder they've been chosen twice "distributor of the year" in Germany.
