i need help in identifying a song from a few lyrics heard coming out of the shower last week whilst on holiday in FL...

reggae/root beat

...come to the rocks and the rocks will burn...come to the sea and the sea will boil...

this is certainly paraphrsed

vocalist was female if that's any help

Sinead O'Connor does a version on "Throw down your arms," but Peter Tosh's version is better
