Dear Naim-Team,

will you still ship the naim newsletter?
I found the new one in the what's new
section as pdf download.
Here the quality isn't the same as a real
printed magazine.

Please let me know...

I placed an order for the summer 2002 newsletter on-line yesterday afternoon and was pleased to receive the newsletter and new product brochure in this post this morning.

One the one hand I am impressed by the effeciency in which Naim got the newsletter to me. However I would like to know why when I have purchased many Naim items and registered with them many times I still have to order the newsletters on a regular basis. I would have thought that one you became a Naim owner, I would have been entitled to receive regular newsletters, perhaps Naim would like to comment,

Sadly its not all good news, my business suffers badly from post going missing and post taking too long to be delivered!!

I lose between 10 and 20% of my business post, and many items can take up to 2 weeks to be delivered. With what it cost me in fines from Companies House and the Inland Revenue I could have purchased more Naim Gear

If you are on our data base then you SHOULD GET ONE IN THE POST.
We have about30,000 to mail, this takes sometime. It is available NOW as a download.

We produce 2 issues a year.
